Inner Compass Leaders is brought to you by the co-founder of the Veterinary Leadership Experience (VLE) and the Cougar Orientation Leadership Experience (COLE) and we exist to engage, enroll, and support individuals who want to pursue a journey of self improvement, either for themselves as individuals or for their team. Our goal is to help people move beyond simply surviving in their group activit

y and evolving to the point of thriving. We work closely with individuals, organizations, businesses, practices and athletic teams to help those persons consider define and achieve and maintain a state of fulfillment in their lives and in their work. We offer not only daily encouragement here but we are excited to offer programs of varying lengths and intensity to help practices, companies, committees, boards, work groups and teams, set an organizational culture that will help them THRIVE!
