At Putney Mountain Winery, we figured that, if wine could be made from just about anything, why not focus on the incredible produce grown right here in southern Vermont? With the help of our small-scale, local farmers, we've been able to create rich and distinctly-flavored wines and non-alcoholic sparkling juices for every occasion. Chocolate Martini
• 2 oz Putney Mountain Simply Chocolate
• liqueur
• 1/2 oz vodka
• Fresh raspberries (garnish)
• Ice
Combine liqueur and vodka in a cocktail shaker and shake with ice. Adjust proportions to your liking. Chill a martini glass in the freezer for several minutes, then strain the mixture into the prepared glass. Garnish with raspberries on a cocktail stick and enjoy!
If you want to make it a chocolate-raspberry martini, replace the vodka with raspberry vodka.
