Hello all,

Summer is fading into the distance unfortunately! But we still have time to camp and travel!

Summer tips:
Put some ice in your pups inside and outside water bowls. They like to play with it, eat it and it keeps them cool.

Cats love a little ice as well. If your home gets extremely hot try a bowl of ice in front of a window window fan. evaporative cooling works great!

Remember not to lapse on flea medication. If you treat seasonally it's safe to stop after the first freeze.

We are currently booked through the first week of October.

Rates 2017

Overnights sits $35 a night for up to two pets, 5 dollars more for each additional pet.

Dog walking $20 for a 45 minute walk

Drop in care $17 for a 30 minute visit

Doggie daycare ( limited in my home) 7 am to 7 pm $25 a day. Restrictions apply call for details!

Hello everyone. Even if your pets are exclusively indoor pets they can still get fleas. Check the base of your cats tail for a rash usually means flea's. Apparently they can hitch a ride on humans and set up house keeping on your fur babies!

Frog Hollow Pet Care is now booked until the first week of October. I am now taking winter break and holiday reservations.

A few summer tips

It's getting hot! I try to keep water outside in a shady spot for my pup. This way it does not get hot or evaporate to quickly.

Remember stagnant water attracts mosquitoes so change out your pets water frequently. Automatic waterers are a fantastic thing.

Algae will grow in your pets water bowls so give them a little scrub when you change out water. This is true inside and outside.

Cats especially are very particular about their water.

Hello everyone! Just a reminder that summer reservations are starting to come in. The rest of June is booked as well as part of July. Please let me know if you have a trip planned, i don't want to disappoint anyone.

Flea and tick season is upon us. Even if you have indoor cats it's still possible for them to get fleas. Once there in the house it's a nightmare getting them out! Talk to your vet as soon as you can about medication.

Kittens younger then 12 weeks should only be treated with flea powder versus topical liquids. Their little immune systems are to fragile for regular medication.
