🎉 Congratulations to our longtime client, Dick's Drive In Restaurant, on the grand opening of their newest location in Everett, WA! 🎉

Since 1954, Dick’s has been a beloved institution in the Pacific Northwest, and we’re proud to have partnered with them once again to support their continued growth. The new Everett location officially opened its doors on June 12, 2025, bringing their signature burgers, fries, and shakes to even more fans.

A big shoutout to Doug Hinds, project manager, for his dedication throughout the project.

We’re grateful for the opportunity to continue our work with Dick’s Drive-In and look forward to what’s next!

Exciting news for the Mount Vernon community! 🎉 The highly anticipated Library Commons opened with a ribbon-cutting ceremony on Saturday, Sept. 28th ✂️. Among its many unique features is a state-of-the-art commercial kitchen, designed to support local food businesses, host community events, and serve as a resource during emergencies. We are proud to be part of the HKP Architects team and thrilled with the kitchen's end result. 🙌

The project adheres to the Buy America Act, using materials sourced within the US. This $60M hub blends library services with economic development, sustainability, and disaster preparedness.
