This boy simply melts my heart. This was our last date together before kindergarten. I want to cry thinking about it. Ok...I'm crying writing about it. Kindergarten is a hard one for me. His happiness for this date with me filled my heart more than anything. Being a mom is the hardest yet most rewarding thing I've experienced.

We got this mama. In a few days, we will be all refreshed ready for the world. 🧘‍♀️✨

Neck warmer, electric blanket, lemon ginger tea, and a quiet moment are what I needed. It's ok to step away for a min to take care of yourself. If we don't take care of ourselves we're no use to others.

Btw there's never a time where spring forward doesn't suck when you have kids😆 Meltdowns, crazy energy spurts, and waking up at 4:30. No thank you.

Nothing like an accountability partner to get you moving.

After the gyms first closed I sank to my lowest. I was nearly a year shy in my reverse diet and just started my calorie deficit a week after the gym closed. If you've ever done a reverse diet it takes a mind shift. A mind shift that it's ok to gain weight by eating so much 😳 and training hard. It takes dedication for sure. Then, It was time time to work hard and see my results. Oh, I waited so long for this point. Then, covid happened and I sank deep. Deep to where I wouldn't even do at-home workouts or run. So thank you to my accountability partner who virtually brought me into her circle, made me get up at 4 am, and loved on me when I needed it most. I'm not where I was but I'm finally feeling back to normal. ✌ things I learned. S*** happens and community is everything. To give credit to my husband he did buy me a Bowflex even though I wanted a squat rack 😆. We worked out for a while but I needed a friend. Someone I didn't see everyday lol.

Traveling along the Oregon Coast to Big Sir California was one of my favorite trips. So many different beaches to explore. Maybe I should do a U.S 101 beach series 🤔 Are you a beach lover like I?
