🚨We are hiring for a Sign Post Installer🚨

We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Sign Post Installer to join our team. Our company partners with real estate agents to ensure their listings are prominently displayed with high-quality sign posts. If you enjoy working independently, have a knack for following directions, and like being on the move, this job could be the perfect fit!

Key Responsibilities:
• Install and remove sign posts at various real estate listings across the designated service area.
• Ensure all installations are secure, straight, and meet company and client standards.
• Maintain and track inventory of sign posts and hardware.
• Follow provided driving routes and instructions accurately.
• Communicate effectively with team members and clients to confirm installations or resolve any issues.

Qualifications:
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs regularly.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Possess a clean driving record and a valid driver’s license.
• Comfortable driving a company vehicle to multiple locations daily.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow directions.
• Good communication skills and a professional demeanor.

Benefits:
• Competitive hourly pay of $20hr and up depending on experience (DOE).
• Company vehicle provided for daily routes.
• Full-time employment, Monday through Friday.

Hey everyone, just a little update on where things are here at next day posts. I am just over a year of taking ownership of our business and we have effectively discarded roughly 400 posts that were not up to our standards and we are replacing them as fast as we can. Eric and I stayed late tonight getting this batch finished up and there’s so much more to come!! We hope you are enjoying our new system and product we are providing and we love your input as we grow to help you present your business!
