Yesterday I completed the Free Focused Medication System Review giveaway for Bethel House AFH, the raffle winner from the Auburn AFH Council Spring Conference.

One of the best parts of this work is helping providers identify medication system issues before they become bigger compliance problems later.

For those I haven’t had the chance to meet yet — I’m Dr. Rose Kiritu, PharmD, founder and consultant pharmacist behind AccurateMeds.

With years of experience across multiple areas of pharmacy, I created AccurateMeds to help Adult Family Homes strengthen their medication systems, improve documentation accuracy, and feel more prepared for inspections with confidence — not fear.
