Hi everyone!

I sued Facebook and won. Judge basically awarded me what I paid to file the small claims suit. I have two violations for listing fi****ms for sale that should have never been restricted in the first place. I appreciate your patience while I figure out the next step forward. Basically even though I won the lawsuit Facebook can keep lying and say my FFL page cannot sell guns which they claim to allow for business. If they keep removing posts and giving me violations they can permanently remove my page. I will work on getting in touch with a human at meta and ask them to stop the harassment. I will also consider filing something with the courts to stop them from removing my posts. I might have to keep suing. I would love to make regular posts for fi****ms but they keep attacking / harassing my business it seems. Please reach out here for all your needs and I’ll see what I can do. Thank you so much!

Facebook answered the lawsuit and their reply was nonsense. they should settle before the court date to avoid embarrassing themselves.

Facebook / Meta has been removing my gun posts of my federal firaems licensed business. I sent them a demand letter months ago asking they stop removing my posts, which by their own rules say gun business can post guns for sale.

They had the ability to make it right, and didn’t. They keep removing posts and affects my business. I have filed a lawsuit against them.

I am sending a demand notice to Facebook / Meta for Business

Any time I make a fi****ms sales post, which is absolutely allowed as a fi****ms business, Facebook says my post violated. I made two posts and they said both violated. I appealed both but Facebook a said one is still unacceptable. I was trying to have patience with them but they need to get hit where it hurts and that is their wallet. They also do not allow attorneys in small claims court in AZ, unless both parties agree, which I will not.
