Oren was friendly and on time. No windows of 4 hours to show up in, but rather an exact time. He did a fabulous job of fixing my dishwasher and making it work again. Highly recommend.

We had company staying at our house and the fridge was making noise. We sent a text to Oren. He called back within the hour and said he could come same day. He came out that day, found out the fan was having issues. He showed us how to use fans to continue to cool our fridge and we were able to continue to use it until he returned later that week with the new fan and installed it. I will give his name to all my friends and family.

Oren has same and next day appointments available and for everyone he schedules a time not a window. If he says he will be there at 10:00 AM. He will show up between 9:45 and 10:15 AM. Unless something is majorly wrong. This is unusual in this service field where technicians tend to give 4 hour windows and disregard your time. Busy people are free to be busy. Working people can often schedule around work.
