Hello friends! Some bittersweet news—Sea Sprouts is closing up shop May 1, 2022. I have decided to fully pursue a venture that better fits my future life plans :) Help us clear the shelves with 30%-40% off everything now until May 1st.

This miso salmon, bok choy, quinoa, radish kimchi, and heaping handful of Wok’N Delicious has been our favorite go to summer weekend meal.

We are extremely lucky to have a boat right down the dock that sells freshly caught salmon from a small, family-run fishing boat in our neighboring state of Alaska.

Our favorite miso marinade includes white miso paste, soy sauce, mirin, rice vinegar, ginger, sesame oil, and s&p!

Just made with a freshly harvested batch of Wok’N Delicious, this has been my go to sandwich for either breakfast or lunch! Today’s sammie was on a toasted croissant with raspberry jam, tofu, cucumber, Sea Sprouts, and a homemade spicy tinga sauce. 🧑‍🍳💋
