Imagine.

Our daughter has mice in her dorm apartment. I asked the schools facebook parent page how should they should handle the situation, given that “the kids” followed all appropriate steps of making a work order …. Waiting… and the only help they have gotten was from maintenance - who illegally installed snap traps in places that could harm people.

Talk about unacceptable behavior.
