We are bound by the laws and guidelines of the State of Florida (myflorida.com). We work with all creditors in an effort to help consumers pay their financial obligations. We DO NOT accept Fair Share Contributions and are compensated directly from the consumer. We have a written agreement and a release form authorizing THE MINT as an arbitrary 3rd Party. The focus of our agency is to help bridge t

he gap between the creditor and the consumer. THE MINT is licensed and bonded and has been in business since 1992. Once a payment arrangement has been established, funds will be dispersed from THE MINT TRUST ACCOUNT. A written and signed proposal letter of intent (agreement) with your organization must be is requested from each creditor. However, because of various corporate structures a verbal authorization will be noted for certain types for certain creditors. Funds will be released at our discretion on the client’s behalf.
