It's on!! Our next River Cruise is happening next July 2027. We will start in Basel, Switzerland, with stops in Strasbourg, France, several cities in Germany and end in Amsterdam! This is our 3rd time hosting a river cruise and second time with Amawaterways. They are a fantastic company and the staff and accommodations are first rate. We hope you can join us. Can't wait for all the fun, laughter, adventure and friendships to come!

One of our absolute favorite events of the year. Come join us for our GRAPE PICKING & STOMPING HARVEST FESTIVAL on Saturday, October 10th. We welcome you with a mimosas, hand pick for about an hour, experience the production facility & how wine is made. You can try your hand on the sorting table & with punchdowns. Then we head to the stage for a Winemaker led Wine Tasting where all your questions can be answered. Then back to the Piazza for a delicious catered lunch, live music by The Chumlilies and our popular Grape stomping competition. It is a barrel of laughs and acres of fun. We limit attendees and we do sell out, so don't delay in getting your tickets. We can't wait to see you!

Thank you to everyone that joined us at the inaugural SOAR Festival put on by THE HILLTOP at our Stage B Amphitheater at our Quincy tasting room last night! We so appreciate you being there! What a fantastic night of music, acting, dining, drinking great wine and enjoying the night sky. To all the volunteers and staff that was a lot of hard work and we are proud of you. To the Wenatchee Symphony what a joy it was to have you here.

Quick reminder our Quincy tasting room CLOSES at 4pm tomorrow, Saturday, which means the last tasters have to start no later than 3:30pm. We will do glass pours & bottles inside until 4pm. Then at 4pm we will transition to an outside table upstairs for limited bottles & glass pours from 4pm-5:45pm, as the Wenatchee Symphony uses our upstairs tasting room as a prep room for their incredible show Saturday evening. Thanks for understanding they need to get ready to put on an amazing performance. Then at 6pm gates open on the front lawn for all ticket holders. We will open the downstairs tasting room for glass pours, bottles and snacks from 6pm-11pm for Soar Festival ticket holders only, for the duration of the Soar Festival.

It might be you! Just imagine being able to tell your friends you won the annual Grape Stomping 🍇 competition at Cave B's Harvest Festival. The joy!! Or you could talk about how you almost fell in, but you had skills like a ninja, so you didn't fall in, while you tried punching down the grape skins in the fermentation tanks. You could also tell them how amazing you were at picking grapes. You could describe how one grape went into the bucket and one went ino your mouth. Your stories could be endless!😆😁 To be a great storyteller you need to do some living. It's funny when pictures emerge online that you've never seen before of your own parents. Recently posted photos of my parents Vince & Carol Bryan, founders of The Gorge Amphitheatre, at one of the first Gorge concerts. My Dad & brother built the rustic stage, my Mom, sisters and I planted flowers, and we all helped lay down sod. We used our old irrigation ditches for the cement backing in parts. We served our first wineries wine, Champs de Brionne, hired a band and started people's love affair with the Gorge. Many people visiting our tasting room say they wish they could go back in time to see those early days. Seeing the photos was so timely because this Saturday, August 22nd, is the launch of their new SOAR Festival. A yearly event to celebrate great musicians, actors, and feats in science. Eventually it will be held at walking distance from The Gorge, and Cave B Estate Winery. For now while they are still fundraising and planning for that huge project they wanted to launch The SOAR Festival here at Cave B to give you an introduction to what you will see more of at The Hilltop in the future. So come join us at this inaugural event.

It is going to be an incredible night of music, from Grammy award winning David Foster, Katherine McPhee from the TV show- SMASH, the Wenatchee Symphony, and Daniel Emmett- a finalist on America Gots Talent. An amazing lineup. Get your tickets today at www.thehilltop.org

Please note our regular tastings this Saturday, the 22nd, are from 11am-4pm. Then we will close the upper tasting room early and transition downstairs for SOAR guests only, which will open at 6pm.

Free LIVE MUSIC at our Woodinville tasting room today, Saturday, 2pm-5:30pm. Jim Parish-a lover of 70's rock. Trischimmel-a bit of jazz, blues and a sweet taste of country. Jerry Battista- lead guitarist of the renowned band, The Davanos. He has opened for Adele and more. Katie Gille-is a versatile singer with her crystal clear voice who brings to life her library of songs from Pop, Jazz, Folk, Western Swing, Americana and Opera. She has opened for Rita Coolidge, Winona Judd and more. These four popular local artists will be singing their own original songs. They are all friends who are passionate about the local music scene and promoting all local musicians. Additionally, they would like to raise awareness for the fire situation over in Spokane with so many displaced pets and people. They will be accepting donations for the "SPCA" (Spokanimal) in Spokane.

Come join us! We have a huge lawn. Bring the kids too! We look forward to seeing you today at our Woodinville location.
