Attention residents near Erie St. & N. Wisconsin St.!

The EquiFlow Outreach Team will be in your neighborhood this week, assisting with service line verifications and collecting Right of Entry (ROE) Forms. Both are important steps in the service line replacement process.

Our representatives will be wearing neon safety vests displaying the City of Racine and EquiFlow logos, and will carry identification badges.

They are here to help and are happy to answer any questions you may have!

We are incredibly proud to share that Domina Consulting’s CEO Amanda Leigh Roman and COO/Partner Vee Garcia have officially graduated from Multicultural Entrepreneurial Institute, Inc Leadership Academy! 🎓✨

Since beginning this journey in October 2025, this experience has challenged us to grow not only as leaders, but as individuals, partners, and visionaries for the future of Domina Consulting INC.

Through months of reflection, strategic planning, and leadership development, we strengthened our understanding of purpose-driven leadership, accountability, communication, operational structure, and sustainable growth. Most importantly, we learned how powerful it is to lead through partnership — balancing vision with ex*****on, empathy with accountability, and strategy with structure.

We are grateful to continue this Founder’s Leadership Journey alongside our incredible cohort and mentor, Dr. Nelson Soler, through continued quarterly connections and collaboration.
