To Video Service Customers of Radcliffe Telephone Company,
Radcliffe Telephone will be discontinuing its Video Service Packages on May 31st 2026. We appreciate your support over the years, but the increased costs associated with the service from the content providers, the Networks, and hardware licensing, have made it unsustainable.
There are now multiple sources for Cable TV like services over the Internet. Current upgrades to our Internet infrastructure will support Video streaming to every household.
Please contact us for possible solutions or assistance in setting up a streaming service.

Over the next couple of weeks we will be doing some changes to the phone lines. Service may be interrupted for a couple minutes for one customer at a time until we have all of them completed.
