Do you know Mrs. Dolley and Miss Bascone? These two wonderul, loving, patient ladies are the teachers in the Toddler room! Mrs. Dolley has been with Assumption Academy in one capacity or another for 19 years. She has worn many hats and has shared her gifts and talents with hundreds of children and adults along the way. She has also tought at the International French school of Philadelphia. Born and raised in France, Mrs. Dolley has that special je ne sais quoi that we are thankful to have here at Assumption Academy.
Miss Bascone came to us as a young college student 2 years ago and has now fallen in love with teaching. She is now majoring in education and that along with her love of Philadelphia sports I hope she plans to stick a round for a long long time. These ladies together are able to teach two year olds - yes TEACH. not just manage! What happens in room 4 is both beautuiful and inspiring
