Join us for 4-weeks of beginner-friendly classes! No experience is required. Classes meet on Sunday at 2pm , Tuesday at 5:15pm, and Thursday at 5:15pm.

Cost for the 4-week program is $89, and there are no additional fees or contracts.

This membership grants you access to our Bootcamp and Endurance & Core classes, both of which are beginner-friendly.

Classes meet on Sunday at 2pm, Tuesday at 5:15pm, and Thursday at 5:15pm.

In these classes, we combine high intensity interval training, core work, strength training using dumbbells and kettlebells, plyometrics and other elements of functional fitness and conditioning to deliver a fun and challenging program that will keep you coming back for more!

And we do all of this in a small class environment under the guidance of our knowledgeable trainers, so you never have to worry about what to do when you get to the gym or how to move safely.
