I just finished my final outline updates for my 'Measurement, Trending, and Predictive Analytics' workshop, so I thought I would share that outline with all of you. I am facilitating this LIVE event at next year's 2024 Global TapRooT® Summit 2-day Workshop on April 29-30, 2024. What excites me most is how we have so more work data of a time and geolocation nature. Plus, we have the analytical horsepower to help us target high-leverage areas for individual, team, and workplace health improvement. Meetings are a key team engagement tool to support operational excellence. We can define, measure, analyze, and improve our meeting processes, like any work process. The question is, DO WE?
