May is - a time to reflect on how we're supporting well-being, both at work and in our personal lives.
Burnout, anxiety, grief, and isolation are all challenges that show up in our meetings, inboxes, and in the way we show up for one another. In fact, a 2024 National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI) survey found that half of employees (52%) reported feeling burned out in the past year.
