MEET OUR SPEAKERS:
Pete spent his early years in various sales, marketing, and operational roles at Fortune 500 companies such as Kimberly Clark, Eaton and General Electric. He joined his first startup in California in the late ‘90s and was hooked. In 2009, Pete started RivalHealth, a SaaS company delivering fully customized and individual fitness solutions to employees. After growing the business (all 50 states, 12 countries and 66 languages) and changing thousands of people’s lives he merged the company with gBehavior to form GoPivot Solutions, the leading well-being platform in the US. After the merger in 2017, Pete formed Cruxible Partners, a boutique consulting and talent agency. He is patent holder, podcast host, an accomplished triathlete, exercise ju**ie, and nutrition nut. Pete holds a BS in Industrial Engineering and MBA and is a former Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year for the Carolinas. He lives in Apex, NC with his lovely wife and is the father of three amazing offspring, and a grandfather.
