Lentz McNeil is this quarter's Employee of the Quarter, and honestly the timing makes sense.

She stepped into the Event Operations Lead role this year and didn't wait to make it hers—new processes for communication between teams, tighter systems for warehouse kitting and fulfillment, and a packing/shipping setup for our field projects that let people jump in and help without losing their whole day at the warehouse.

That last part matters more than it sounds. Good operations work is often invisible until someone builds it well, and then everyone downstream just moves a little easier.

She's already looking ahead to fall, when things get busy fast. Congrats, Lentz.

Not every office has an ocean view. Some weeks, ours does.

A few of our team members were recently in Maui, doing what they do everywhere else—showing up, getting the job done, and making it look easy. The location changes. The standard doesn't.

That's one of the things we genuinely love about this work. Event production takes you places, and it takes you there with people you'd choose to go with anyway.

When an event runs smoothly, no one wonders why. That's by design.

What you don't see is the team that's been in the room since before breakfast. The producer calling cues while the AV tech watches feeds on three monitors. The stage manager on comms making sure the speaker knows they're up in two minutes. Everyone working off the same plan, but also just... knowing each other well enough to read the moment when the plan changes.

That's the part that's hard to explain to someone who hasn't seen it. A team that's been doing this together for years moves differently than one that just met at load-in. You feel it in how a room runs.

Congrats to Des Evans, our Q1 2026 Employee of the Quarter.

Des is our Creative Project Lead, and the quote that came out of the voting says it better than we could:
