What an absolute honor it was to spend the day with community change agents.

From healthcare, to juvenile justice, to nonprofit advocacy, these ladies fight every day for violence prevention in Mecklenburg County.

The JUST US Model is not only a framework and practical tool for human centered dialogue and conflict resolution, but it also contributes to our own self work and transformation. Unpacking it allowed us to pay attention and put it to use.
