Fantastic stories from two sites in Rochester, NY! Business Development Manager Eric Fuehrer visited both locations to greet our team members firsthand and show our sincere appreciation for their hard work.

First, our team executed a flawless start-up at a medical technology manufacturing facility. Every officer was fully prepared and ready to go from day one, leaving the client thrilled to see our team hit the ground running. A huge shoutout to Officer Gamaliel Ramos for demonstrating outstanding leadership and perfectly showcasing the Sunstates difference.

Additionally, we celebrated a highly successful first month at a premier Class "A" multi-tenant commercial office building. Thanks to the exceptional leadership of Supervisor Estefanie Escobar, this site has seen an immediate transformation in customer service and professional accountability.

We recently kicked off our brand-new Leadership Training Series designed specifically to empower our site and regional leaders! This initiative represented a broader corporate commitment to providing robust, backed support for our supervisory teams and above.

In our first module, launched in close partnership with Corporate IT, participants dived into essential tools and internal systems reserved for leadership. This quick, impactful course provided vital guidance on navigating internal resources, maximizing our intranet pages, identifying key application points of contact, and defending our infrastructure against phishing threats.

Executive leadership has been actively visiting sites across the country to connect with our frontline teams and client partners. From data centers and corporate headquarters to high-volume distribution hubs, our personnel do an outstanding job of adapting to diverse environments while maintaining a uniform standard of safety and service excellence.

In San Francisco, COO Robert Rogalski, SVP Of Operations Ryan Moran and the regional leadership team visited the headquarters of a major national client. The on-site team is doing an outstanding job, and this visit highlighted how much the relationship has matured due to their exceptional daily ex*****on.

Meanwhile, CEO Denis Kelly and local Raleigh management reviewed operations firsthand at another prominent facility, engaging in meaningful conversations with team members and gaining valuable insights to support our ongoing corporate initiatives.

The momentum continued in Dallas, where SVP of Operations Ryan Moran stopped by to connect with the local team, who demonstrated the professionalism, teamwork, and commitment required to maintain a safe, well-managed environment.

Finally, several Sunstates leaders visited a national client’s data center facility in the Atlanta, GA area. This visit served to reinforce Sunstates’ unwavering commitment to service excellence while directly supporting our dedicated regional personnel.

Big congratulations to Raleigh Officers Michael David and Michael Porch on celebrating their 15-year anniversaries with Sunstates Security!

Both of these dedicated professionals possess a legendary history at their respective locations. Michael David has served his site for a total of 34 years, meanwhile, Michael Porch reached 31 years for his site.
