NOW HIRING
We are a Wendell-based company. Shop is in Wendell near downtown. A small family-owned business who looks out for their employees and customers.
Pine State Pro Wash (Pine State Power Washing, LLC) is looking for hard-working folks to join our team. No experience necessary, but we are looking for the right individuals.
THE RIGHT INDIVIDUAL:
- Able to communicate and speak with customers
- Customer-service focused (friendly, outgoing)
- Good work ethic
- Attention to detail
- Able to stand on feet, walk around / move around all day.
- Can work in any weather (cold, hot, some rain)
- Good hygiene and generally capable for the type of work we do.
- Outgoing and friendly (stated twice because it's very important)
- Team-focused over self-focused.
- Business professional first, power washer second.
THE DAY-TO-DAY:
- We clock in at 7am, and work until the jobs are done (usually 4pm to 6pm clock out)
- Mon-Thur work schedule, so you get full-time in just 4 days.
- Fridays are reserved as a weather make-up date.
- Occasional overnight or weekend commercial shifts (not often at all, but maybe once per month for what we call "off-schedule" shifts).

House soft washing
Driveway washing
Window cleaning
Gutter cleaning
Roof soft washing
All commercial services
IN A NUTSHELL:
In a nutshell, we provide a high-end washing experience to our customers, and therefore we look to bring in the best. We're picky about who we bring on, but those who come in the fold are treated respectfully, given great training, and not coddled. We're not looking to micromanage and hold your hand. When we hire you, we trust you will do what's best for the customer first and foremost, and if that's handled, then we all get along and work is fun! You trust we will treat you well, pay you on time, give you great equipment to work with, etc. That mutual agreement to exchange those things is important to us, because if you are happy here, then you want to come to work, and you want to grow here.
COMPENSATION:
$18-20/hour for those with no experience.
$21-23/hour for those with good experience.
$24+ for those with considerable and directly related experience that can hit the ground running.
