14 days ago I was texting with one of my close friends who is also a brilliant entrepreneur. I wanted to learn investing in real estate BUT! I want to earn as I learn. Meaning, I'm clear of the steep learning curve so I want to jump in and figure it out as I go. But! In a way that won't stress me out 😖

My 9 to 5 as a Division head is stressful enough!!

In less than 60 minutes SiteClean Queens: Commercial Cleaning was born and in less than 7 days, all the website and business structure set. 7 days after that, we've already started pitching services and sending out capacity statements and connecting with property developers.

In total I've invested less than $200 to get up and running.

I'm sharing because....just MOVE!

Do it unsure, do it with what you have.

I've not landed a client yet...but my marketing and sales game is in full force and I'm ok with FAILURE! I'm ok saying I'm figuring this out as I go!

My sis said "ok 1 developers down now just do that same pitch a hundred more times until you land something! That's the game!"

I'm not new to entrepreneurship I've founded and ran a business featured in national publications with clientele all over the US. But this situation is new!

And my slate is clean! And I'm a new person in this new timeline.

A Minneapolis jury has found Derek Chauvin guilty of murder in the May 2020 death of George Floyd. The former MPD officer was convicted of second- and third-degree murder, in addition to manslaughter.

The 2nd-degree murder charge carries a max sentence of 40 years. The third-degree murder charge carries a max sentence of 25 years. The manslaughter charge carries a max sentence of 10 years.
The prosecution made its case against Chauvin from multiple angles. They called fellow police officers to attest to the jury that Chauvin’s use of force was excessive. Several medical experts testified that Floyd died from lack of oxygen. Bystanders & eyewitnesses from the May 25, 2020, incident were also called.

Chauvin’s defense team tried to argue that his use of force was reasonable and that Floyd potentially died due to poor health or drug use. Ultimately, the jury sided with the prosecution’s case.
Floyd was 46 years old & a father of five. In March, the city of Minneapolis agreed to pay a $27M settlement to Floyd’s family over his death.
