🎂 1 Day until our 10 Year Celebration! 🎂

Ten years in, and one of the things we hear most often is how much people admire the design of our spaces.

So much of that is thanks to Cara Phillips of Influence By Design.

Cara, RID, IIDA, LEED AP, has spent over 25 years in commercial design, and she's been a true partner to us as we've grown. She has a way of listening, really listening, and turning what we hope a space could feel like into something tangible. The light, the flow, the little details that make each campus its own, that's her work showing up.

We're so grateful for the care she's poured into our spaces, and for the way she's helped make them feel like home for our members.

2 days until our 10 year birthday, and we're celebrating the members who've made The Loading Dock what it is. Amplio Recruiting Raleigh is one of them.

Amplio is one of those companies that reminds you what business can look like when it's rooted in care. As a mission-driven staffing firm, they've stood alongside more than 50,000 refugees since 2014, helping them navigate the journey to safety, stability, and meaningful work in a new country. Today we are taking a second to celebrate all our coworking and dedicated desk members!

Toni Ann, founder of Just 1 Yes, has been a member of our Wake Forest location for years. She helps business owners step back, see the bigger picture, and bring clarity to their next move.

Today we want to celebrate our cowarehouse members. Their stories are the reason we do this. And while we love having them here, we also love to see a company outgrows our space. That's the whole point.

Every campus has a team that makes it hum, but behind all three campuses is a leadership and operations crew that keeps The Loading Dock running as one.

🚀 Jessie Hathcock, our President, who leads with vision, heart, and a deep belief that businesses can be a force for good.

📋 Keri Miller, our Director of Operations, who supports each campus leadership team and makes sure every moving piece across three locations works together.

🛠️ Kim D., our new Operations Coordinator, who keeps us organized from spreadsheets to contracts, and isn't afraid to roll up her sleeves and make a repair when something needs fixing.

💡 Kim A., our new Marketing Manager, who tells our story, builds our campaigns, and helps our community find us.

The Loading Dock wouldn't be possible without the people who show up behind the scenes to support the campus teams and the company as a whole. Thank you to this incredible team!
