You've got a client meeting at 2pm, but you're still wrapping up a showing at 1:40.

You need somewhere professional for you to pull together contracts before they arrive. Somewhere you don't have to apologize for or explain. Somewhere that's actually yours.

For years, brokers told us the same thing: they need an easy, flexible, home base. Not a long-term lease strapping them down. Not a coffee shop where they're always buying something. That's why our Wake Forest campus partners with the Wake Forest Area Chamber of Commerce to host Chamber Coffee Club, a laid-back morning networking event on the 2nd Friday of every month.

Here's what to expect on August 14, from 8 to 9am:

International Coworking Day is August 9th, and this Friday we wanted to get ahead of the calendar to say thank you.

Whether you're a longtime member, someone who's used a day pass or booked a meeting room, or simply someone who has followed and supported The Loading Dock from the outside, this community exists because of you.
