Today we want to recognize and celebrate Officer Thomas on her birthday. Since stepping into her role as Captain at one of our North Carolina accounts ,on November 1, 2023, she has been an incredible asset to our team. Her professionalism, leadership, and positive attitude have made a lasting impact on both our officers and the client.

Officer Thomas leads with kindness, patience, and respect, and it shows in the way her team looks up to her every day. She is always willing to help others, step up when needed, and create a welcoming environment for everyone around her. Her dedication, hard work, and ability to treat people with genuine care do not go unnoticed.

Not only is she respected by her peers, but she is also appreciated for the energy and compassion she brings to the workplace each day. Our account is truly better because of the leadership and character she brings to the site.

Please help us congratulate Corporal Stefan Bromfield for his outstanding service and dedication.

Stefan has been with American Security Associates for two years, and during that time we have been constantly bombarded with compliments from clients, residents, guests, and management about the incredible job he does every single day.

Whether he is helping locate missing children, responding to emergencies, putting out fires, or simply making sure someone has something as small as a toothbrush when they are in need — Stefan always goes above and beyond.

He leads with compassion, professionalism, and a servant’s heart. No task is ever too small, and no situation is beneath him. He represents exactly what we hope for in an officer and a leader.

One thing everyone says about Stefan is that he always has a smile on his face. His positive attitude, strong work ethic, and dedication to both our clients and our team do not go unnoticed.

One quote the CEO recently received from a guest perfectly describes Stefan:
“If the world had more Stefans in it, it would be a better place.”

That statement alone speaks volumes about the kind of man and officer he is.

Please help us congratulate our Officer of the Month, Stenly Duverger.

Stenly has been with American Security Associates for a little over a year. He came to the United States from Haiti with broken English, but he arrived with determination, heart, and a willingness to work hard.

After obtaining his Class D Security License and work visa, the language barrier initially limited him to working fire watch positions. But Stenly constantly told our management team, “I am more than fire watch.” We encouraged him to continue improving his English — and that’s exactly what he did.

Every single day after work, Stenly went home and studied English. He worked tirelessly to improve himself and prove what he was capable of. Once his communication improved, he again approached management and asked for an opportunity to do more than fire watch.

We gave him that opportunity — and we are so thankful we did.

Stenly has become an outstanding security officer and an incredible part of our team. A few weeks ago, there was a fire inside one of our condominium properties. Due to his quick thinking and calm response, he immediately grabbed a fire extinguisher and put out the fire before it could become something far more serious.

Today, when Stenly was presented with Officer of the Month, he shed tears — and truthfully, it brought tears to our CEO’s eyes as well.

Stories like this are what American Security Associates is all about. Hard work. Dedication. Growth. Opportunity. And people who refuse to give up on themselves.

Stenly, we are beyond proud of you and honored to have you as part of our family.

The CEO and President of American Security Associates decided to do a surprise pop-up catered barbecue for one of our Florida sites — and it turned into an incredible afternoon filled with laughter, appreciation, and great food.

You can see the CEO and President right there dishing out barbecue, spending time with the team, and simply enjoying the people who help make this company what it is every single day. We even had a few clients stop by and join in on the fun.

Moments like this remind us how grateful we are for our team. Thank you for choosing to work beside us, grow with us, and help build the future of this company. We truly believe the best is yet to come for American Security Associates.

The entire afternoon was a blast from start to finish — good food, good people, and great memories.
