🎉 Please Join Us in Congratulating John on His Promotion to Operations Manager! 🎉

We are excited to announce John’s promotion to Operations Manager for American Security Associates, overseeing our Gulf Coast operations from Cape San Blas, Panama City Beach, Santa Rosa Beach, Destin, and Pensacola, Florida, all the way to Orange Beach, Alabama!

John has been part of our ASA family for years and brings over a decade of experience in the security industry. He is the kind of leader who always takes care of his team, goes above and beyond for our owners and clients, and leads by example.

His dedication was especially evident during a hurricane, when John remained on-site throughout the storm, ensuring the safety of everyone and the property.

I wanted to share a letter we received from the Board President at one of our resorts:

“We would like to thank the ASA team for the great support they provided during Hurricane Isaias. They responded to multiple false fire alarms during the event quickly, while keeping everyone safe.

John did a great job as one of his last events with our resort. We know he’s moving on to bigger and better things with ASA, and we wish him nothing but the best.

We’re looking forward to the new head of security stepping up. He has shown real calm under pressure, and we’re confident he’ll lead the team well.

Please let me know if there’s anything you need from us to make the transition smooth. John will be missed, but we are looking forward to the new leadership.”

Receiving letters like this from our clients means more than they know. It reminds me that our success comes from the people who show up, care about their teams, and take pride in protecting the properties and people we serve.

John, your loyalty, dedication, and willingness to go above and beyond have not gone unnoticed. We are proud of you and excited to watch you continue growing with ASA as we expand along the Gulf Coast!

👏🇺🇸 Congratulations from your entire American Security Associates family!

I am pleased to congratulate Zachary “Zach” Rousey on his promotion to Area Manager at American Security Associates, Inc.

Zach has been with our company for nearly two years, beginning his career as a courier driver. at one of our plant locations . Zach has consistently proven himself to be someone we can count on. Whenever we need something done, he is one of the first people we call. He is always willing to step up, step in, and help wherever he is needed.

As American Security Associates continues to grow, we receive interest from companies wanting to buy what William and I have spent so many years building. The recognition is flattering, but our answer is simple: We are not for sale. 🩵

Our growth is organic—and we don’t even have a sales team. We’ve grown through relationships, referrals, hard work, and the trust we earn from our clients. That means so much to us.

William and I know our employees by name. We care about their families, their futures, and the dedication they bring every day. Every person counts to us and to our family.

Our clients mean just as much. They chose us, trusted our word, and placed their people and businesses in our hands. We would never sell our clients out or put a price tag ahead of the promises we’ve made to them.

As we grow, we’re committed to keeping that personal connection. Our employees deserve to feel appreciated, and our clients deserve to know they can pick up the phone and reach people who care.

Our family’s name and reputation stand behind this company. We’re proud of what we’re building together—and we’re here to keep building it. 🇺🇸🩵
