rtified Peer Support Specialist, WRAP is also useful to those who are continuing their education and need to complete a 20 hour training course for recertification. About WRAP
WRAP is the Wellnesss Recovery Action Plan. It is used to help those with mental health issues, medical issues such as diabetes or weight gain, and addictions feel better and improve their quality of life.
