This company is fantastic.
I wish I would have known about them when all this first started , I had 8 plumbers come out to just tell me they couldn't do the detection, I was so upset and crying when I placed the phone call, the lady (Autumn) was absolutely wonderful, and made sure I was ok before we hung up.

And the man that came out Jeremy Lupien was amazing he listened to us, he showed and told us what he was doing.

Andrew with American Leak Detection was fantastic. I’ve had a persistent leak that many plumbers have failed to locate. Andrew was able to fit me in the schedule in a short timeframe and located the leak within an hour. It was a lot of ground to cover and he pinpointed the underground leak within a foot. The service is not cheap but worth every penny - they should have been my first call. Would highly recommend if you have any leak issues. Thanks!!

Our first impression of American Leak Detection was good because of Autumn. She answered a number of questions about the process they use to find leaks. We’ve had two leaks in the supply line from the street in prior years. The evidence of the third leak is different in some respects so we were confused. We waited to make an appointment until the day after our first call. We called back and and spoke a second time to Autumn who scheduled a visit from Jeremy the next day. Jeremy used his equipment and nitrogen gas to locate the leak. Unfortunately, the leak is under a pier of our retaining wall so we will need a new supply line from street to house. Jeremy gave us an estimate for line replacement and we are getting other estimates to compare. Jeremy did an excellent job explaining what he considered our options and made us feel confident that if we hired them the work would be competently performed. I’ll update this review if we use them.
