⏰ Ways to Stay on Time
• Have your setup ready before seating.
• Keep a consistent routine.
• Call the dentist early.
• Don notes while the doctor does the exam.
• Let the patient hold suction throughout appt
• Don’t let one appointment run over if possible

💪🏼 Ways to Prevent MSDs
• Use ergonomic loupes + light.
• Wear properly fitted gloves.
• Use a supportive saddle stool.
• Alternate sitting & standing.
• Keep elbows close and avoid reaching/twisting.
• Use sharp instruments to reduce hand strain.
• Use Cordeze with Piezo/Cavitron use.
• Change positions frequently.
