Command Construction Services is pleased to announce the completion of a major building upgrade at the Magnolia Building at Arbors Office Park in Raleigh, NC. Owner, Brightman Gill, with management team Trinity Partners, led by Margaret Williams, have established an end product that reflects the culture and interests of local Raleigh businesses.
The build plan that was utilized established amenities for current and future tenants and modernized and brightened several office suites to include glass office fronts and an open ceiling concept. It provided an amenity area conference room and shared light spaces for the tenants.
Kudos to Brightman Gill and Trinity Partners for keeping their finger on the pulse of the office market and to the design team of IS Design with MEP support by Bass, Nixon, Kennedy, who created a design package that marries modern detailing, open ceilings, and warm design features within this class A space.
