We're excited to welcome three more hotels to the Concord Hospitality portfolio!

Please join us in welcoming Courtyard Boone, Hampton Inn & Suites Boone, and Courtyard High Point.

With two new additions in Boone, we're expanding our presence in North Carolina's High Country, a destination known for its natural beauty, outdoor adventure, and close proximity to Appalachian State University, the Blue Ridge Parkway, and Grandfather Mountain.

We're also proud to grow in High Point, a community with a rich heritage and strong connection to higher education, home furnishings, and innovation.

Diversity Week may be wrapping up, but the spirit behind it extends far beyond one week.

Over the past several days, Concord associates came together to learn, celebrate and connect through scholarship recognition, our Emerging Leader spotlight, the Diversity Week Town Hall, “Belonging Lives Here” T-shirts and cultural potlucks across our properties.

Each activity was a reminder that belonging is something we create together. Thank you to everyone who took part and helped make this week so meaningful. 💙

As we celebrate Diversity Week 2026, we're reminded that one of Concord's greatest strengths is our people. This year's theme, "Belonging Lives Here", reflects the culture we've built together, one where individuals from different backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives are welcomed, valued, and empowered to succeed. Our differences often become our greatest strengths, driving innovation, strengthening teamwork, and helping us better serve our guests, owners, and communities.

It’s a big day of growth for the Concord Hospitality portfolio as we welcome four hotels across North Carolina to the Concord family!

Joining us today are Courtyard by Marriott New Bern, Aloft Wilmington at Coastline Center, Courtyard by Marriott Greenville and Best Western Plus Coastline Inn.

From the riverfront in historic downtown New Bern, where the Courtyard overlooks the Neuse River, to Greenville, where our newest Courtyard neighbor is located near ECU Health Medical Center and East Carolina University, these hotels bring us into some great North Carolina communities.

In Wilmington, both hotels put guests close to the Cape Fear River and historic downtown. Aloft sits along the Riverwalk and features a rooftop bistro with river views, while Best Western Plus Coastline Inn offers its own waterfront setting within walking distance of downtown and the Wilmington Convention Center.

Our Canadian portfolio is growing! We’re pleased to welcome another hotel to Concord Hospitality.

Please join us in welcoming Home2 Suites by Hilton Barrie, located in Barrie, Ontario near Lake Simcoe. The all-suite hotel combines the extended-stay comforts of in-room kitchens with amenities including a heated indoor pool, 24-hour fitness center, complimentary hot breakfast, pet-friendly accommodations, and EV charging.

Beyond the hotel, guests are able to explore The Barrie Waterfront, downtown Barrie, MacLaren Art Centre, and Centennial Park & Beach all within a 10-minute drive, creating easy access to the city’s waterfront, arts, and local community.

Another new hotel has officially opened its doors and joined the Concord Hospitality portfolio! Welcome StudioRes by Marriott Piscataway Somerset in Piscataway, New Jersey.

Designed with longer stays in mind, the brand-new hotel offers studios with full kitchens, free Wi-Fi and 55-inch Smart HDTVs, along with a fitness center and complimentary on-site laundry.

Located near I-287 and the New Jersey Turnpike, guests have easy access to Rutgers University, SHI Stadium, Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital and major area employers. Downtown New Brunswick, State Theatre New Jersey, shopping, dining and entertainment are also nearby.
