BENEFICIAL OWNER INFORMATION (BOI) REPORTING REQUIREMENTS:
In light of a recent federal court order, reporting companies are not currently required to file beneficial ownership information with FinCEN and are not subject to liability if they fail to do so while the order remains in force. However, reporting companies may continue to voluntarily submit beneficial ownership information reports.

Austin Law Firm wins again. On remand, the Bankruptcy Court affirms a $1,127,056.60 award, plus stipulated accumulating interest and costs of $559,971.23 through June 23, 2022, thereby increasing the judgment amount to $1,687,027.83 as of June 23, 2022 as stipulated, plus interest accumulating thereafter at the federal legal rate until paid. Even better, the debt is non-dischargeable under 11 U.S.C. § 523(a)(2)(A).
