Resilience isn't just a buzzword; sometimes it’s a physical battle. This journey has confirmed why I say and believe life is short and tomorrow isnot promised so do what you need to do today. I approach life and leadership by "Living my Legacy". Grateful to be back in the swing of things with a healthy heart and clarity.

Honoring Our Heroes – Rotary Club of Knightdale

Take a moment… Breathe in gratitude. Breathe out remembrance.

Today, we honor the brave men and women who stood watch for our freedom those who served, sacrificed, and continue to inspire us every day.

On November 11, 1918, the world exhaled peace as the guns of World War I fell silent at “the 11th hour of the 11th day of the 11th month.”

And ever since, this day has carried the heartbeat of a nation saying, “Thank you.”

This Veterans Day, the Rotary Club of Knightdale went into our community placing flags at veterans’ homes to remind them that they are seen, valued, and deeply appreciated. ❤️💙

Because honoring our heroes isn’t just about a day on the calendar it’s about living with gratitude, serving with purpose, and building a stronger, kinder community together.
So today…

✨ Pause. Reflect. Thank a Veteran.
And let’s continue to serve side by side in the spirit of Rotary and of freedom.
