New project from Sparta, NC.

This one brought a lot together: an 11.44 kW DC ground mount, a Sol-Ark 15K inverter, TIGO panel-level monitoring, 20 kWh of battery storage, and a 22 kW Briggs & Stratton generator integration.

A lot of moving pieces on this one.

That is also what made it a fun project to put together.

She had solar installed years ago by a company that eventually went out of business. She was still making payments on the system and still paying a high electric bill. More recently, another company told her adding a battery would solve the problem.
Before she signed anything, she called us.

The first thing she asked was, “Can you help me understand?”

We looked at her system, walked through everything with her, and answered every question she had. After taking the time to understand what was actually going on, it became clear that adding a battery wasn’t the right solution for her home.

That’s the part of this business we care about most. Helping people understand what they’re buying before they spend their money.
