Noa Ronen Coaching

Noa Ronen Coaching Certified Professional Coach, Speaker. Because I believe there is beauty in being lost. Take you from barriers to breakthroughs.

Noa brings an international perspective to her work. Her coaching style is direct, honest and still caring. She is passionate about creating bridges between people and she does this work with individuals, executives, global leaders, and business owners across the board. Noa is an inspirational presenter, speaker, coach, mentor, trainer, and business consultant. Noa doesn’t believe in “one size fit

-all” coaching programs, she believes that there are no magic formulas for successful life/business and therefore when she works with you/your company she will help you find your own unique system. This is why her clients achieve their goals and create sustainable systems that stay for life and impact not just their communication and relationships style with others, but also opportunities for collaboration, engagement, and performance in their work and every other aspect of their life. Dare to Be Different

Noa’s motto is very simple: “Don’t look for the differences in others, just open your mind to see things differently.” It is her invitation for you to see your life situations from above the line, it is an invitation for you to be more mindful about how you show up with others and dare to make the choices that will create a real shift in your life and impact your relationships with others. She mergers her successful 15-year career in change management, Human Resources, Project managing and Training Development with her passion for helping people build better relationships that impact their leadership/business/life goals as a whole. Noa is visiting faculty at the Business Coaching Certificate Program, offered through NC State University and Coach UN Executives at the UNDP Leadership Development Pathway Coaching Program. Many moons ago when I worked as a change management consultant in Tel Aviv my boss took me to coffee and baked good meeting across the street to a place - bakery/cafe named “Lechamim” that opened a few days earlier. She was my age, I was about my kids age. She knew good stuff in Tel Aviv I was learning to understand.
She taught me change
Consulting
Human emotions
Empowerment
And I now realize she was also learning the beginning skills of coaching.
She was my first mentor, and one of my favorite people.

Just realized that when I stopped for coffee & croissant at their locations near Union square that I was one of their first costumers in Tel Aviv.
I love dough
Good bread
Good burekas or croissant
Something you learn to appreciate since beyond bagels it is hard to hunt outside NYC (and for years even in the city) a good bread/croissants.

20 years after just like coffee and ice cream you can! But not everywhere.
do great job in Raleigh always a long line and cute coffee mugs that remind me old days when the adults would pull nice coffee mugs when they had guests in the house.

It was a bit too sweet (the almond croissant - yes I know it is the one from yesterday or hope it is not) but it brought sweet memories of another place called home, and mostly its flowers, dessert and food that do the trick. It is not the taste, it is the smell.
As we say
Yalla bye!
