Noa brings an international perspective to her work. Her coaching style is direct, honest and still caring. She is passionate about creating bridges between people and she does this work with individuals, executives, global leaders, and business owners across the board. Noa is an inspirational presenter, speaker, coach, mentor, trainer, and business consultant. Noa doesn’t believe in “one size fit
-all” coaching programs, she believes that there are no magic formulas for successful life/business and therefore when she works with you/your company she will help you find your own unique system. This is why her clients achieve their goals and create sustainable systems that stay for life and impact not just their communication and relationships style with others, but also opportunities for collaboration, engagement, and performance in their work and every other aspect of their life. Dare to Be Different
Noa’s motto is very simple: “Don’t look for the differences in others, just open your mind to see things differently.” It is her invitation for you to see your life situations from above the line, it is an invitation for you to be more mindful about how you show up with others and dare to make the choices that will create a real shift in your life and impact your relationships with others. She mergers her successful 15-year career in change management, Human Resources, Project managing and Training Development with her passion for helping people build better relationships that impact their leadership/business/life goals as a whole. Noa is visiting faculty at the Business Coaching Certificate Program, offered through NC State University and Coach UN Executives at the UNDP Leadership Development Pathway Coaching Program.
