I just need to push through this, it's what entrepreneurs do.

I worked all weekend and can't remember my last legit day off.

I'll just push off this launch again. It'll happen eventually.

This heat isn't that bad... (What the original picture was for).

Burnout isn't a badge of honor and hustle culture is very 2010. When you are carrying the weight of a business on your back, eventually your back will break.

Once you get to a certain point in your business, help is no longer optional, it's a necessity. It may be an employee, an virtual assistant, or someone like me, an online business manager.

If you've ever wondered what high level support actually looks like so you can finally get that day off, that offer launched, and a good night of sleep, I'd love to hop on a free call.

Also, what are your feelings on the summer heat?;

If this hit a nerve, there’s a good chance you’re exactly who my content is for. You might want to follow along 👀

Whew… I know some people are going to feel personally attacked by this one 🫣

But after years of managing teams and scaling businesses, especially in healthcare and wellness spaces, I’ve noticed something:

Compassionate business owners tend to over-accommodate everyone around them.

The patient who constantly pushes boundaries.
The team member who still isn’t taking ownership.
The contractor who keeps missing deadlines.
The broken process everyone keeps working around instead of fixing.

And instead of tightening expectations or having uncomfortable conversations, the owner absorbs more.

More follow-up.
More emotional labor.
More decision-making.
More responsibility.

Until eventually the business starts feeling heavy, reactive, and operationally messy.

Not because the business is failing, but because the owner is carrying the bulk of the emotional burden.

The businesses that scale best are usually the ones willing to create clarity before resentment and burnout take over.

Follow me for more uncomfortable operational truths that wellness businesses desperately need to hear 😮‍💨

I straight up drove the struggle bus when it came to letting go of my control. It wasn't a perfectionist issue, it was:

What if I let someone take this over and they screw up bad enough to get ME fired?

If I don't constantly mirco-manage them, will they actually do it?

If they don't do it right, I'm going to have to do it all over, so I might as well do it myself.

When I asked him how to loosen up my grip, here's what he said:

"You have to learn how to be a good leader, trust your team, trust yourself, and know that it comes with a curve. Set the expectations going in and listen to their input. Soon, it becomes natural."

Honestly, the number one thing I hear from people when they toy with the idea of bringing someone in, contractor or employee, is that they're scared they'll screw something up.

And they will. Mistakes happen.

BUT how you handle it is what makes you a leader.

It is literally impossible for you to do everything yourself and still have the time to grow your business, be present for your family, have time for yourself, and not burn out.

It is possible for you to learn how to confidently delegate, lead with purpose, and hire the right people who will be all in to support the business growth.

I've done it before in vet clinics, corporate world and other 6 figure businesses I've supported. I'm excited to say I'm finally building something to help women just like you step out of the operator role in your business and truly and wholeheartedly be the CEO you desire to be.

Stick around... And show some excitement in th comments if you can relate!

Memorial Day is more than just a day off.

It's a day to honor the fallen who gave the ultimate sacrifice for our freedoms.

Land of the free, home of the brave.

Ok, so I don't smoke anymore, but I do tend to say what I think... Even if it's not always popular.

I'm not trendy, I'm not famous, but I will be loyal AF once we truly connect.

Which one do you relate to? 🤣If you don't know, I do love some humor. Laughter is medicine. 🤷🏻‍♀️

You’re a functional wellness practitioner who accidentally became the operations department…

I see this ALL the time.

Most practitioners did not go through years of education and training because they dreamed of:

* fixing automations
* managing backend systems
* analyzing workflows
* troubleshooting software
* or manually following up with patients at 10 PM 🕙

They did it because they wanted to help people heal. ❤️‍🩹

It’s the same thing I experienced managing veterinary clinics. Veterinarians are incredibly skilled doctors, but most of them were never trained to run and scale businesses.

And once a practice reaches a certain level of growth, trying to personally carry both patient care AND business operations starts creating unnecessary stress for everyone involved.

What I’ve seen over and over again is this:

When the operational weight gets lifted off the provider:

* patient care improves
* the team functions better
* communication becomes smoother
* and the business becomes far more scalable

Because now they can focus on what they actually do best, serve their patients.

As someone who genuinely loves operations, customer experience, strategic growth, and building structure inside 6 and 7 figure businesses… this is the work I LOVE. 🤪

Bridging the gap between your sanity, your free time, and a business that actually runs well behind the scenes.
