Dear Morning Star Designs customers and supporters:

It is with a heavy heart that I must share some important news. Due to ongoing and increasing health challenges, including significant issues with my dominant hand and increasing weakness in my left hand, I am no longer able to accept custom orders at this time. My ability to paint, glitter, epoxy, and apply decals to the cups with the precision and quality that you deserve has been greatly affected.

Please rest assured that I will be completing all current open orders and fulfilling them to the best of my ability. Additionally, I plan to raffle off some cups in the near future to help raise funds for my upcoming medical testing, travel and treatment- many of which are not covered by my insurance. Keep an eye out for those opportunities!

While I won't be taking on all custom orders, I hope to continue creating cups as my health and time allow. If you have a specific request, feel free to reach out, and if I am able to accommodate it and if I'm given ample time before your deadline, I will certainly try to do so.

I deeply appreciate your understanding, support, and prayers during this difficult time. Your continued support means the world to me.

Hey y'all! I hope you're having a great week! Vulnerable, honest post ahead:
I've been debating making this post for a bit, and while I don't really want to put my private life out there on my business page and I'm not looking for sympathy, I do know that you all deserve transparency from me when it comes to the orders you place and the tumblers I'm creating for you.
As I've stated in a previous post, I've been dealing with some health issues for several months. I have fatigue and joint and muscle pain that comes and goes from day to day. I have also lost quite a bit of the use of my right hand and arm as far as strength and dexterity. This means that I am having to use my non-dominant hand for the majority of my work including spray painting, glittering, and epoxying tumblers. While I feel like I am still creating high quality pieces, everything I do takes much longer than it used to and is much more difficult to accomplish, and this has affected my productivity and my turnaround time. I am struggling with balancing the need to work to help support my family financially, and being unable to work as much and as fast as I need to while still tending to my personal family life and home.
I am still dedicated to delivering quality work within reasonable time frames, but I'm asking for your patience. If you place an order that you need by a certain date, please let me know when ordering so I can be sure to prioritize. I do not believe the quality of my work is suffering, but if you receive an order that you're unhappy with for any reason, please let me know so I can make it right.
