Final Update: The outage has been resolved and service has been restored to affected customers. If you are experiencing any residual issues please reboot your router and let us know if you are still having trouble connecting.

Update 1: estimated time of restoration has been extended to 2 hours from the time of this update. Crews continue to work to restore service as quickly as possible.

Initial: we are currently experiencing an issue on one of our towers that is impacting connectivity to certain Camtech customers. Our crews are onsite and we expect to have a resolution in the next couple of hours.

Initial: We are currently experiencing a power outage at one of our sites located in West Ramona. According to SDG&E, the power will be restore around 5 PM.

06/28/2025

Update/Final: A local power outage is responsible for the problem. The system should be coming back on line shortly.

Initial: We are aware of the current outage we investigating it origin.

05/20/2025

Final: All issues have been resolved. However, you may have to power cycle your router in your outdoor antenna (please do not hit the reset button on your router).

Update 2: The issue is recurring.

Update 1: 90% of the network is operational. We are currently troubleshooting the last remaining 10%.

Initial: We are aware that some customers are experiencing brief, intermittent outages. We are currently investigating.

Final: repairs completed

Update: an electrical event damaged several components at Mount Woodson. Some of this equipment we do not have in stock, so we expect all repairs to be completed by the close of business day tomorrow.

Initial: We are aware of the current outage affecting a single access point at Mount Woodson. We are currently investigating the issue.

Final: the issue has been resolved. However, the solution may require that you to power cycle, your outdoor antenna and your router.

Initial: We are aware that a handful of customers a having connectivity issues this morning after last night's outage. We are currently working on that problem.

Update1: A localized electrical event has created this outage. We expect to have the service back up around 9:45 PM

Initial: We acknowledge the ongoing outage. We are presently investigating to ascertain its root cause.

Final: Power restored

Update2: Estimated restoration time has been updated for Circuit 96 to 9:30 PM.

Update1: Estimated restoration time for Circuit 96 is 7:00 PM.

Initial: There is a power outage at one of our relay stations that serves Southwest Ramona (Mussey Grade area).

Final: Issue resolved, a power cycle of your router and outdoor antenna will be required. (Both electric plugs are typically adjacent to each other).

Update1: This issue is somewhat complex, as the outage is isolated to a specific brand/model. We currently have no estimated time of resolution.

Final: power restored to the site.

Initial: The power to our tower on Circuit 222, which services Old Julian Highway and the Barona Mesa/Four Corners areas, has been disconnected as part of the SDG&E Public Safety Power Shutoff program. We will share updates as more information becomes available.

12/10/2024

Final: All services restored

Update5: SDG&E’s circuit 222 will remain down until 7:30PM. This is affecting our tower that services Old Julian Highway and Barona mesa.

Update4: The backup power to our uplink provider’s fiber switch seen to have ran out. At this point there nothing we can do to continue to provide service until normal power is restored which according to the San Diego gas and electric website should be around 5:30 PM.

Update3: We were able to get about 60% of the network back up and will try to keep the network up during working hours so those who work from home can continue their business. During the power outage, we will prioritize resources to keep the network up during daylight hours.

Update2: 100% of our network is down. Every site is without power.

Update: Approximately 70% of sites are without power.  SDG&E has not yet provided a realistic ETA on when power will be restored.

Initial: Due to the high winds SDG&E has shut down power affecting one of our towers. No restore ETA at this time. Updates will be posted as they become available.
