Lenora Winery has been serving the local community since 1999 and is the second oldest winery in Ramona. Lenora Winery is a family run vineyard of five acres located on a ten acre estate in the beautiful and picturesque Ramona Valley. Just over one mile from old town Ramona and only 28 miles northeast of San Diego, Lenora sits in the heart of the Ramona Valley American Viticulture Area (AVA) near

the Pacific coastal mountain ranges of Southern California. Our elevation at 1,570 feet keeps our grapes above marine layer fogs, yet, blessed with cooling breezes to moderate temperatures in “The Valley of The Sun”. Our fine medal-winning wines are made and cellared in our on-site 2,000 square foot winery building.Lenora Winery provides a unique, relaxing wine tasting experience you and your guests will enjoy and long remember. Our tasting room is located in our picturesque French style estate home overlooking the Santa Maria Valley and San Diego County affords outdoor and indoor tasting. Over thirty red, rose, white and dessert wines made from our own grapes that include Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Sangiovese, Chardonnay, Muscat, Saugivnon Blanc, Zinfandel and Grenache as well as several blends. Lenora Winery is a member of the Ramona Valley Vineyard Association (RVVA), founded in 2001 and dedicated “to promote, protect and enhance the Ramona Valley AVA, our wines, vintners and community” and the San Diego County Vintners Association. Our efforts to provide the best wine tasting experience possible have taken us to our 125 acre farm on East Old Julian Highway, Ramona where we are in the process of creating a fantastic wine tasting experience. At this time, we do not have an opening date.
