Hello C&P Wine & Espresso Lovers,

Did you know that March is a critical transition month for both vineyards and coffee farms?

In vineyards, grapevines begin to “wake up” from dormancy—this stage is called bud break, where tiny green shoots start forming. What happens now can shape the entire harvest season!

Meanwhile, in coffee-growing regions, March often falls right in the middle of harvest season in many parts of the world. Coffee cherries are hand-picked at peak ripeness, which is key to producing rich, flavorful coffee.

Different crops, different climates—but both rely on perfect timing and care to bring out the best flavors we all enjoy 🍷☕
