Running some metal name badges .022 thk and rectangle dome. 102 per setup. On our Quest 2448 Stepper Router with touch sensor. 1 pass .013-.014 thru our q1e .002 proof tape to not scratch tag with a metal nose and l**e system. About 50 seconds per tag. tag must have zero rough edges to engraved letters for paint filling. Collet spindle allows cutter to last 10 setup (102 pieces) 1000+ tags. Half round cutter .028 tip 60ยบ 1/4 D.
