Hey everyone! Do you know anyone looking for a job?

Pendleton Propane is hiring a Customer Service Representative. This position is full-time and offers full benefits (medical, dental, and vision) and 401k after a year. Hours are normally Monday- Friday 8-4 with major holidays off. Accrued sick time, and 2 weeks vacation after a year.

Your duties will include: answering the phones. Taking propane orders. Processing payments. Taking applications for new customers. Daily balancing. Preparing bank deposits. Cash handling. Customer service. Collections calls. Confirming service appointments. Data entry. Preparing reports 3 times per month. Among other things.

This job requires you to be dependable, responsible, trustworthy, and paying close attention to detail. Knowledge of computers and experience in an office setting is preferred. During our busy season, you'll need to know how to work quickly and efficiently, and be able to multi-task as the office can get busy.
