Ideology is on the ballot! Not the most likable person! Say something people as nobody ever made a difference by being silent. This said, be respectful of your fellow Americans.

I didn’t write this but found it to be 99% on target! Win, win, win! Go vote!

Someone recently asked me how could I like Trump. My answer was that I don't really like a lot of things about Trump.

But this election is not about choosing the most likeable person.

We are voting between two vastly different ideologies. We are voting for the country we want to leave our children and grandchildren.

Trump represents that future and has proven that he can deliver. He is a patriot to the core and even served his country for 4 years without pay when he was President.

That moment when someone says, “I can't believe you're voting for Trump". I simply reply, “I'm NOT voting for Trump.”

I'm voting for the First Amendment and freedom of speech. I'm voting for the right to speak my opinion and not be censored.

****I’m voting for secure borders and LEGAL immigration. I am voting for election integrity to include mandatory voter ID. (Why would anyone vote against this?)

I'm voting for the Second Amendment and my right to defend my life and my family.

I'm voting for the police to be respected once again.

I am voting for law & order and an end to allowing protesters to trespass and burn our cities, destroying innocent small business. (Tim Walz)

I am voting for personal responsibility and the end of the revolving door where criminals are being put back on the street. (Kamala Harris)

I'm voting for the next Supreme Court Justice(s) to protect the Constitution and the Bill of Rights.

I’m voting for a return of our troops from foreign countries and the end to America’s involvement in foreign conflicts.

I'm voting for the Electoral College and for the Republic in which we live.

I’m voting for the continued appointment of Federal Judges who respect the Constitution and the Bill of Rights.

I’m voting for keeping our jobs to remain in America and not be outsourced all over the world - to China, Mexico and other foreign countries.

I am voting for doing away with all of the freebies given to all of the illegals and not looking after the needs of the American citizens and homeless veterans.

I'm voting for the military & the veterans who fought for this country

I'm voting to keep men out of women's sports.

I’m voting for peace progress in the Middle East.

I’m voting to fight against human/child trafficking.

I'm voting for Freedom of Religion.

I am voting for the return of teaching math, history, and science instead of the indoctrination of our children.

I'm not just voting for one person. I'm voting for the future of my Country.

I'm voting for my children and my grandchildren to ensure their freedoms

America is the greatest country in the world, hence why everyone wants to immigrate here. So why do you want to change it?

Why do politicians want to enact policies that have failed in other countries throughout history?

I’m voting for the lessor of two evils. I am voting for Trump.

Michael O’Brien, Ganick, O’Brien & Sarin:

Mike does a lot of divorce cases and family law as well as collections. The firm handles a lot of small claims work. (Small claims are now limited to $7,000 in MA. A case goes to the civil docket if the amount is over $7,000 and is filed in the Superior Court.)

Did you know that all small claims are heard by clerks? Some clerks are good and, unfortunately, some are not. Some of them are actually attorneys and some are not. The ones who aren’t are a problem because they don’t necessarily know the law!

Mike told us of a problem that has been occurring in Lowell. People are suing the clerks’ office because they are not abiding by the rules. An oversight committee has been formed to redo forms, rules, etc. It seems the clerks have been bending over backwards and allowing people to get away with not paying their debt, giving the impression that it’s okay to not pay your bills. Well, those of us who are paying our bills are paying for these people through interest rates that keep going up to cover the creditors’ inability to collect from the deadbeats. It was also interesting to learn that about 70% of people don’t even show up in court.

There is a list of exempt sources of income on the back side of the Small Claims Agreement for Judgement. The court cannot enforce an order to pay if an individual’s income is derived from a source on this list. Also, if someone earns less than $500 a week gross, they can’t be force to pay! It’s unbelievable, they can have $300 cable bills and $150 phone bills, and say they can’t pay their debt! (One wonders why the court doesn’t demand they get rid of some of these types of “frivolous” expenditures so they CAN pay their bills!)

Unfortunately, it’s easier to get a judgement than to actually collect the money from the judgement. The largest collection agency in the state has closed its doors.

Mike’s office is licensed in MA and they have one attorney who has a RI license. The firm will find local counsel to assist in other out of state debt.

Do you understand that you are not spending any money you are not already spending? Now hold up there, Ava! You can’t
be serious! How is it possible? That sounds too good to be true! Where is the money coming from? Simply, the retailers use advertising dollars to offer the cash back. Note that out of the 6,000+ retailers partnered with shop.com, about 2/3 of them offer cash
back, so understand not everyone is offering the cash back. Second, of the those that do, roughly 2/3 of them offer more than 2%. She also assured us that, as time goes on, the rewards continue to get better and better.

So, every time you buy something, if you are not looking to see if you can purchase it through Ava’s portal, you are throwing away that money, the savings AND the cash back. Sure, you could make the same purchase by going to the South Shore Plaza or Hanover Mall, but you would not get the cash back aby cash back and are assuming you are getting the best price possible.

Mark Maraglia, Exit Premier Real Estate

Did you know that most people do not pass the real estate exam their first time out? It’s interesting, in the 40 hours of classroom education you must first go through, you are never taught how to make money! Mark has created a mentoring program to help his agents so that they don’t fall flat on their faces. Mark also pointed out that a realtor is considered to be doing very well if they make it past the three-year mark. It isn’t until you hit the five-year mark, however, that you have truly developed your network and begin to really make money.

Mark imparted his “Pearls of Wisdom” that actually can apply to most of our businesses:

o The power of “in” and “on” and planning for the difference. It is paramount that you work ON your business! Are you actively prospecting to bring in new business?

o Success is not measured only by money, but also by production. In other words, if you are sitting at home watching TV, you are not producing.

o Every business has an ebb and flow.

o Time management: Always focus on your highest producing activities and delegate the rest.

o Passion will not run your business. You have to exercise discipline, drive, determination and will.

o “I will never fail to get the sale if my determination to succeed is strong enough.” (Og Mandino)
