I have been gowing my facial hair for weeks now in anticiaption of the Distinguished Gentlemans Ride (DGR) next Sunday, 18th May. I now think I am starting to look a little distinguished at last! This was an incredibly moving and significant event. With an average age of 97, you cant have anthing but admiration for this awesome generation who gave us the freedoms we enjoy today.

Thankfully the weather was on our side for the Distinguished Gentleman's Ride today. Around 120 riders took part in the Leesburg group raising thousands of dollars for a great cause. New friendships forged and memories made. Thank you everyone who supported me and well done to everyone who took part or arranged the event. Great way to spend a Sunday. Awesome fun!
