This role is really two jobs in one. You'll spend about 60% of your time as a Lead Financial Planner, managing your own set of high-net-worth clients, building financial plans, and coaching our Associate Financial Planners. The other 40% is Director of Client Operations, where you'll shape how our client service team gets its work done and make sure nothing falls through the cracks.

We're looking for someone analytical, process-minded, and comfortable holding people to a standard. CFP® certification required. 5+ years as a client-facing financial planner required.

This role is open to remote candidates, with occasional trips to our Rapid City, SD office for team and client work.
