Our Rapid City team traveled to Bismarck this week to train with the full NewVision sales team. And they brought the energy.

We brought in some serious talent to work on consultative selling, tightening up our process, and something that sounds simple but isn't: listening and communicating.

Two of our core values are "Listen to Learn" and "Communicate to Be Understood." You can't recommend the right solution if you haven't truly heard what someone's dealing with. And once you have, it's on you to explain it in a way that actually makes sense. No jargon. No acronyms. Just clarity.

30 years in business and we're still learning. That's how we want it.

The Dakotas are becoming one of the biggest data center markets in the country. Billions in new investment. Projects in the pipeline from Ellendale, ND to Sioux Falls and Deuel County. South Dakota's cool climate, wind energy, and available power are drawing major operators to the region.

These facilities run 24/7/365. They need access control, surveillance, fire alarm, and monitoring that can keep up.

That's what we do. Have been for 30 years across the Dakotas.

Construction season is here. New buildings are going up all over the Black Hills
