Project in Post Falls, this particular project had a few challenges in a strict HOA and a neighbor that is not so neighborly multiple times flooding out our project and a few other acts of not kindness which slowed down progress a bit . Great to have the grinder head to get thru some of the toughest rock yet, Thankful for a resilient and experienced team who pivoted and solved for any problem that arose this home is well underway. Love how our team Jason, Jack , Matt and Kaleb worked together and overcome challenges almost ready for the builder to build a beautiful custom forever home. This home to be built deep in the peaceful woods we enjoy every build prep knowing this will be someone’s forever home location. This project started cutting in road 1500 feet of roadway with trenching utilities and now to the foundation and septic system.
