I would like to thank you for your continued support over the past 7 years. I truly appreciate your loyalty and the trust you've placed in my business. Unfortunately, due to the ongoing failure of our state legislators to update the handling fee in the NYS Bottle Bill, I am no longer able to sustain the additional costs that have increased year after year. As a result, I will be reverting the redemption rate to the original 5 cents per NYS bottle or can, effective Tuesday, September 2, 2025. Any items dropped off before that date will still be honored at the previous 6-cent rate. I appreciate your understanding, and again, thank you for your continued support.

Good evening everyone... I just wanted to update a few things for the upcoming spring of 2021!

We have helped about 50 local organizations raise over $55,000!
That is over 1,000,000 (MILLION) bottles and cans collected and counted!

THANK YOU TO ALL THAT DONATED AND TO EVERYONE’S EFFORTS IN FACILITATING THIS ACCOMPLISHMENT WITHIN THOSE ORGANIZATIONS!

We are back to operating regular business hours:
Mon-Fri 10am-5pm
Sat 10am-pm
We are still taking drop offs only due to the volume of bottles and cans coming through the store. You will have to drop your empties off for a brief period of time to be counted. We apologize for this inconvenience but we try to do everyone in order of coming in. The turn around, depending on how busy is usually a little later that day or when ever it is convenient for you.

Hello Everyone,

Starting Monday, the 4th May we are going back to full time operation:

Mon-Fri 10am-5pm
Sat 10am-3pm.

We are still trying to practice social distance and are asking customers to drop off their empties and come later in the day or anytime thereafter to collect their money. We are doing our best to keep up with the work, but it does take time. Again, we appreciate everyone’s patronage and look forward to continuing our service to you.

Hello everyone. I apologize for the limited hours I’ve had this week and going forward for a few weeks.

Starting tomorrow, Wednesday, March 25th I will be open 10am to 3pm on Wednesday and Thursday’s only but may look to close at 1pm if there aren’t any customers. The last few days have been very slow which is great for social distancing but not the best for business. Please call to confirm if we are open in the afternoon.
