We’re making progress! We’ve moved everything in but my most valuable pieces are not only moved...they’re in their places!

Thank you to our customers and applicants for all of your patience. We aren’t there yet but we’ve stayed open during it all, which I feel is quite the accomplishment. I’ve read where many small businesses close for awhile when going through a renovation and move such as ours. My belief (and feedback received) is that nothing has fallen through the cracks while we made this move. We’ve got an awesome team. There are only a few boxes left to unpack, a conference room to put together and some furniture to purchase and we’ll look like we’ve been there forever!

Vision...a leader’s job is to look into the future, and to see the organization not as it is...but as it can become. I may of have much but I am rich with vision!

NOW HIRING: The best candidate will have knowledge in setting up and assisting in managing driver qualification files, perform drug and alcohol testing, customer service/sales, IFTA reporting, IRP renewals, DOT / MC setup, CAP development and implementation. Must be a team player. Must be experienced in Microsoft software products and willing to learn custom software. Some travel is required. 2 years experience required. Pay will be based on experience. 🎈🎈We’ve got exciting news! 🎈🎈 CHARTS D.O.T. Compliance Company is relocating to a new location on August 1, 2020. Officially opening on August 3, 2020. The new location will be at 407 Professional Circle, Ravenswood, WV 26164. Our telephone number will remain the same 304.273.2311.

In the meantime we are remodeling and updating our 1,600 sq. ft. space which is about 1,200 sq. ft. more than our current home.

Needless to say, we are very excited about the fact that we need this much space and appreciate our partners who have helped us grow to the point that we needed to make the move.

Stay tuned for a Grand Opening - date depending upon COVID 19 of course, but we will be inviting partners and friends as soon as it is safe to do so for an Open House.

Any volunteers for demolition, painting, floor replacement and structural renovations are more than welcome to join us in our endeavor to accomplish our goal in 4 weeks! 😊

Another change to hours-of-service regulations coming in September! The 30-minute break is an easy way to get tripped on HOS. With feedback from drivers and companies, the new regulations may help address that issue!

With the new regulations, if you are waiting to be loaded or unloaded during the first 8 hours of your day, and if the wait is 30 minutes or more, you can now use it as your 30 minute break. That should help somewhat by allowing drivers to to use the on-duty, not driving time to meet the break requirement!

Big news today regarding changes to hours of service that are being introduced in Federal Registry, most likely in the next week. 120 days later...new regulations! These changes could introduce some large savings for drivers & companies by extending short-haul radius & extending working hours to 14 before being required to log or use ELD! There are more changes of course but this is first one I’m posting. 😊
